Payment can be made via M-Pesa Paybill 516600, Account 535251 (DTB Bank), bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Bulk orders and special cuts may require advance payment and longer processing times.

5. Delivery

BHD Kenya offers delivery services across Kenya:

Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for in-stock items, subject to order time and logistics.
Delivery to other counties is available and timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Delivery charges vary based on location, weight, and volume of materials.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery and acceptance of goods.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for our delivery vehicles.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom-cut materials and special orders are non-returnable.
Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded upon verification.

Product warranties vary by manufacturer and product type. BHD Kenya passes on all manufacturer warranties to the buyer. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and are subject to manufacturer terms.
